I’m reconnecting with my blog today. It’s been a minute, well actually 4 years since my last post. (Yikes!) A lot of good things are happening, creating songs from my poetry, which I’ll feature a link soon on my site, but you can view songs I’ve published so far on my Instagram page

I got my KsanaKai.com domain back! That’s huge because I let it elapse and lost it. Then someone else picked it. Then this morning I said to myself, “Well, let me try ‘Ksana_Kai.com’ as a domain name, at least that’s close even though it has an under_score.”

For those who’ve been tracking my health chronicles… I’m back to running ever so sporadically. I do 55 pushups in sets of 10 reps every day. These are explosive pushups, pushing hard from the floor in rapid succession. This develops power. Before pushups, I do balance exercises. Afterward, I follow the pushups with some explosive leg exercise. Usually, this involves jumping like broad jumps, etc.

Otherwise, I eat a 50% raw vegan diet. The rest of my diet is cooked vegetarian foods. I don’t eat hamburgers, red meat, stuff like that. But if I’m sampling a casserole or whatever and it has meat in it there’s no panic. After all, if you’re overly strict about eating food, it takes joy out of life. So what’s the hidden meaning in that? I eat some cooked foods like fish and eggs. I even eat the dreaded inflammatory cheese in moderation from time to time.

Well, I can write on and on because I have this sickness called “writing’, but I’ll stop here. Welcome back blog, it’s been a minute.
